English muffins, split, toasted
|

eggs, poached
|
|
|

your favorite cheese
|
|
|
Directions:
Spread deviled ham on each muffin half; top with poached egg. Lay cheese slice over each muffin. Broil 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted.
