Classic Ham Salad Wrap

Ingredients

10", low carb salsa wraps
|
|
|
| 1 |
lb. |
ham, finely chopped
|
|
|
| 2 |
tablespoons |
Dijon or country-style mustard
|
|
|
| 3 |
tablespoons |
mayonnaise
|
|
|
| 1 |
|
shallot, finely chopped
|
|
|
| 1 |
tablespoon |
dill pickle, finely chopped
|
|
|
| 6 |
|
lettuce leaves
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Optional:
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
teaspoon |
cayenne pepper
|
|
|
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine ham, mustard and if desired, cayenne. Mix well. Stir in shallot and pickle. Place 2 lettuce leaves, 1/3 ham salad mix on each wrap.
Roll and serve.
